mid century redo Originally a wall and small doorway separated the kitchen from the dining room [beyond]. By removing the wall and adding a peninsula with a bar counter on the dining side, the space flows between the two rooms, while still maintaining some separation. The kitchen itself was also reorganized, with the new remodeled custom design incorporating appliances, casework, and finishes into the open plan.
